About the role
- Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit.

Responsibilities
- Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions.
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels.
- Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready.
Requirements
- You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a task list.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you're great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
- You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
- Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention.
- Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs.
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
