Responsibilities

  • You perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds that often deviate from standard manufacturing processes.
  • You interpret and execute complex, non-standard work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with high accuracy.
  • You collaborate with R&D engineers and operations support teams to support product development, process refinement, and design iterations.
  • You document build activities, deviations, and observations clearly to support traceability and feedback loops.
  • You conduct in-process inspections and functional tests to validate prototype performance.
  • You support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for new processes and materials.
  • You maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace aligned with safety and quality standards.
  • You perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support evolving R&D priorities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • You utilize knowledge of company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities to complete semi-routine tasks effectively.
  • You perform duties under close supervision while building proficiency in the role.

  • $19k-$28k
