About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Perform safety, quality, and environmental audits on a timely basis.
- Create, modify, and confirm programming logic.
- Work with operations, engineering, maintenance, and other technical resources to drive results.
- Lead for electrical projects and jobs during outages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or for the exceptional candidate, a high school diploma with significant commensurate experience.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, AC/DC drives, and HMI setup, programming, and configuration.
- Working knowledge of industrial wiring, controls, and instrumentation.
- Experience with network protocols such as Ethernet, ControlNet, Profibus, DeviceNet.
- Experience in tuning and calibration of PID loops and control.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electrical Technology Engineering.
- Three years of production or maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Successful track record working with a represented workforce in a heavy industrial setting.
