Responsibilities
- Lead system design standards development for divisional unit operations, includes improvements to existing standards using appropriate technical evaluation and oversight.
- Maintain engineering interface with business unit team - maintain close working relationship with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations leadership, and financial operations.
- Offer production support and troubleshooting assistance to Engineers, Maintenance, and Line Teams.
- This position will be responsible for executing Capital Projects including scope development, cost estimation, system design, equipment sizing and selection, procurement, installation, check-out and start-up.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project engineering experience in Manufacturing
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or related degree with applicable experience or extensive relevant work experience.
- Experience working with plant technicians, leadership staff, outside vendors, and managing contractors and engineering firms.
- Working knowledge of packaging systems, plant manufacturing, engineering, quality and research functions.
- Provide innovative technical solutions required to meet business objectives with emphasis on productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience with continuous improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM, or related processes
- Construction management experience
- 5+ years of relevant food manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Understanding of Food Manufacturing Regulatory requirements (GMP, EPA, OSHA)

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is:

- As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
