About the role
- U.S. Physical Therapy is the largest publicly traded, pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, with roughly 800 clinics in 45 states.
Responsibilities
- Workday Compensation Support
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, grades, ranges, step plans, allowances, and incentives.
- Support and audit compensation-related processes including, but not limited to, merit, promotions, market adjustments, and bonuses.
- Workday HCM Support & Optimization
- Provide functional support for Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine Workday support requests.
- Support testing activities for Workday releases, enhancements, and business process updates.
- Develop and maintain end-user training materials and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions.
- Build and maintain compensation reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- 3+ years of Workday HCM experience with a strong Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be self-directed, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through to completion.
- Experience supporting compensation review processes.
