Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, positive presence with tenants and coworkers while identifying additional maintenance needs and reporting findings to the appropriate supervisor. ___________________________________________________________
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Current EPA certification required
- Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair large-scale commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment independently.
- Working knowledge of applicable safety standards, codes, and best practices related to commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. ___________________________________________________________ Do YOU have these qualities?
