About the role
- This role is responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives.
- This is a full-time, remote position that reports directly to the business unit leader of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead project kick-offs, regular status meetings, and post-project reviews.
- Establish and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting variances.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Cloud and product development life cycles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required. Prefer Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing Cloud, product development, or technical projects preferred.
- Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in technical software development terminology and tasks from a high level
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Performance Metrics
- Timely delivery of project milestones.
Nice to have
- Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Track project progress and deliverables through established project management tools and reporting systems.
- Ensure all project expenditures align with approved budgets and company financial policies.
- Provide quarterly budget summaries and variance analyses to leadership teams.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project-related communication across departments.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership review.
- Facilitate quarterly strategic reviews, providing updates on project status, key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Escalate critical issues promptly and facilitate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
