About the role
- UGP is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals deeply passionate about golf and fitness to join our team as Golf Fitness Trainers.
- Conducting Private 1-on-1 Training Sessions: Delivering comprehensive 45-minute training sessions tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.
- Performing In-Depth Assessments and Performance Testing: Conducting thorough assessments and performance tests for every client to identify physical limitations and establish a baseline for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing personalized development programs based on assessment results
Requirements
- Specialized certifications or training in corrective exercise (e.g., Personal Training Certification, ACE, CSCS, NASM, etc. - subject to review by the hiring manager) or a 4-year Kinesiology Degree
- Experience training clients one-on-one and in group formats
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google, etc.
Nice to have
- Golf experience is highly preferred
- Sales experience is highly preferred
Compensation
- $55,000 to $75,000
- Fitness Trainer Salary Range
- $55,000 - $75,000 USD

- The Golf Fitness Trainer is responsible for the following essential functions, among others:
- Collaborating with other fitness and golf coaches to optimize clients' golf and personal development before, during, and after training sessions
- Providing weekly performance updates to the Fitness Manager
