About the role
- This role covers the full spectrum: owned and sponsored, live and virtual, intimate dinners and large-scale conferences.
- You will have a healthy budget yet be scrappy.
- The goal is to execute at the very highest level
Responsibilities
- Own an event from start to finish, including owned (GC dinners, roundtables, GC AI Summit) and sponsored (trade shows, partner activations, industry conferences).
- Partner with Sales to drive pre-event prospecting, targeted invitations, and post-event follow-up, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to create collateral, agendas, speaker materials, and post-event content (recaps, highlight reels).
- Develop repeatable playbooks, vendor lists, budget templates, and run-of-show guides.
- Implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and quality over time.
Requirements
- Meticulous Execution: Strong project manager with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Nice to have
- 6+ years in event management, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal, or AI/tech startup environments.
