About the role
- As a Junior Field Safety Coordinator, you'll be the safety presence on site - supporting crews, managing hazards before they become incidents, and learning the discipline from experienced coordinators and managers.

- You'll start with close mentorship and a clear path forward: strong performers advance to coordinator roles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, approachable safety presence in the field and build trust with crews and supervisors.
- Support incident investigations and corrective-action follow-up.
- Support for training and certification as you build your career.
- Document everything accurately in SiteDocs as you go.
- Field days are long (often 10-11 hours including drive time) and spent outdoors in active construction environments.
Requirements
- Required NCSO or OHS certificate or safety diploma (completed or in progress).
Nice to have
- Exposure to construction, utility, or high-voltage transmission environments.
- Familiarity with SiteDocs, BisTrainer, or contractor-compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks).
- Progress toward CRST, or similar certification.
