About the role
- The Senior Program Manager I must demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced federal environment.
- Senior Program Manager I Tasks and Duties: Assist with the management, planning, coordination, administration, and execution of USMS program operations and initiatives.
- Oversee ongoing projects and coordinate activities with internal offices, external agencies, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze program resource requests, staffing requirements, and operational needs.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
- Maintain tracking systems, program records, and operational reporting metrics.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust background investigation.
- Must have at least six years of specialized experience related to program management, operations management, project coordination, or federal program support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.

- Experience supporting federal government programs or contracts is preferred.
Compensation
- This position offers a target hourly pay range of $43.00/hr to $47.00/hr based on experience, qualifications, and contract alignment.
