Responsibilities

  • Maven Family Planning - provides support through your Parenting journey including egg freezing, fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, postpartum, early pediatrics, and returning to work.

Requirements

  • Typically, a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in product marketing, growth, or go to market roles within fintech, payments or merchant focused platforms
  • Experience launching new products or expanding into new market segments with clear, structured go to market approaches
  • Breadth of skills with ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes such as customer acquisition, activation, and usage growth
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast moving and ambiguous environments
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence others

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with financial institution distribution models and operational constraints
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in payments

Skills

  • Inform resource allocation by identifying the highest impact growth levers and aligning investment to performance outcomes

Compensation

  • New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $186,000 - $232,000.
