Own new operational initiatives end to end, taking a vague problem statement to a working, documented, hand-off-ready function
Build the operating system for each function you own: SOPs, workflows, tooling and the metrics that tell us whether it's healthy
you're comfortable herding engineers, operators and external partners toward a shared goal
Strong cross-functional coordination skills; you're comfortable herding engineers, operators and external partners toward a shared goal

2+ years of experience leading a team or developing product or operational processes
Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift all the time
Ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity

Experience in strategic projects, chief-of-staff, investment banking or program management roles
Strong data analysis skills
Exposure to robotics, embodied AI, or real-world data collection environments
