About the role
- Works under the supervision of Director of Nursing and/or Therapy Director.
- Administers restorative care treatments as determined by the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Performs restortative care programs outlined for each resident as determined by the interdisciplinary team. Provides feedback to team. Utilitzes opportunities to coach staff on restorative care and safety techniques.
- Documents restorative care in EMR.
- Documents restorative care in EMR and monitors CNA documentation when they provide restorative care to residents.
Requirements

- Experience
- Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
- First Aid - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Preferred)

Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED, High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year Restorative nursing experience (Preferred)
Compensation
- $20k-$26k

- $19.70 - $25.63/HourlyActual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
