Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults - all online, covered by most insurance.
We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and we're growing fast across Illinois, particularly among Spanish-speaking families who've had too few options for too long.

Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team - therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

Medical, dental, and vision (full-time)
$300 annual CEU reimbursement
$25,000 company-paid life insurance
Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred
Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
