About the role
- The Procurement Sourcing Analyst acts as an internal consultant collaborating with assigned internal business units to source and recommend the best solution for materials, equipment, supplies, and/or services. The Analyst manages the Strategic Sourcing Process from Initiation to the final recommendation to the internal business unit decision maker. Some
- - Carries out end-to-end sourcing lifecycle activities

- Provides analytical data and information to support procurement initiatives
- Performs market research to identify potential suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University
- Experience in a project management environment - preferably working with large projects collaborating with cross functional teams
- the ability to convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by the receiving audience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Some travel may be required.
- Comfortability with reviewing, managing, and interpreting large and/or complex data sets
- A communication style that can adjust to people at various levels and functions within the organization as well as externally; the ability to convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by the receiving audience
- Comfortability handling multiple concurrent projects
- Proven success building impactful relationships with current and potential business partners both internally and externally
