Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Comfort using computers and following written instructions
Skills
- Work with cutting-edge cleaning equipment (don't worry-we'll train you!)
- Read blueprints and instructions to get the job done right
- Load components, choose the right cleaning program, and make it shine
- Hand-clean more complex parts when needed
- Package components and move them to the next team
- Keep everything calibrated, clean, and up to code
- Use tools like SPC charts to keep an eye on quality
- Pitch in to help and train teammates
- Log your work using basic computer functions
- Foster collaboration and innovation

- Work hard-but take pride in doing things the right way

- $22k-$28k
