About the role

Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network.
In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.
These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

Create compelling, audience-focused content driven by user experience, including text stories, photos, graphics, live streaming content, and social media posts.
Dig beyond the headlines to identify, develop, and publish engaging news and feature content.
Collaborate with the FOX Television Stations Group Content team to distribute high-interest stories across FOX-owned stations nationwide.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned.

BA/BS degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications, or a related field with an emphasis on digital publishing.
Ability to thrive under deadline pressure in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
Social media expertise with a strong understanding of audience engagement strategies.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, audience growth tactics, and content optimization strategies.
Experience interpreting digital analytics and audience insights to inform content decisions.
Proficiency in content management systems, video publishing, live streaming, and digital analytics tools.
Excellent writer and storyteller.
Superior news judgment.
Impeccable writing and copy-editing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Stellar communication and collaboration skills.
Why FOX 4?

3+ years of experience developing and publishing content, including news content, on digital and social platforms preferred.
Video and photo editing experience (Adobe products a plus).

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $55,000.00-65,000.00 annually.

Support breaking news coverage with urgency, accuracy, and strong editorial judgment.
