About the role
- This Senior Manager, Category Management will be responsible for shaping and executing enterprise procurement strategies across Finance-related spending, including banking, payments, treasury services, and financial technology.

- Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, Finance, or related business disciplines.
- Experience supporting banking, treasury, payments, card programs, financial services, fintech, or finance technology categories preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier management activities.
- Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a complex, global, and matrixed environment.
Compensation
- The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $155,000 USD per year.
- Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
