About the role
- This is a hands-on, people-facing role that blends logistics and operations with hospitality and judgment.
- No day will look the same, and you'll wear multiple hats to help keep the office running smoothly as our New York team grows!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with building security to ensure a smooth, secure arrival experience
- Support recruiting by welcoming candidates and helping interviews run on time
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries throughout the day
- Support workplace operations & events
- Partner closely with the Employee Experience team on daily needs and employee onboarding processes
Nice to have
- Experience in front desk, office coordination, hospitality, or rapid-growth companies is a plus
- Creativity and interest in employee events is also a plus
