Duties include: engage with stakeholders to collect and document business data and requirements, translating them into specifications in user stories with clear acceptance criteria
create essential technical and business documentation, including application, data flow, sequence diagrams, entity relationship, and integration diagrams
present data and system designs to both internal and external stakeholders for decision making and approval
perform architectural design, requirement design, analysis, and quality assurance
collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and design system solutions
collaborate with technical product managers to build out user guides and training materials for end-users;: collaborate with engineers to implement technical solutions to meet business requirements and compliance regulations
collaborate with business stakeholders to document user acceptance testing scenarios and obtain sign-off prior to deployment
and identify industry trends and new releases to proactively identify optimization opportunities and create stakeholder value. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions.
