Requirements

  • Must be an active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to work extended hours, which may be required during certain busy seasons.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus.
  • Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $45,000 to $60,000 per year.
