- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Your expertise in identifying and attracting high-quality talent will ensure we continue to build a workforce that drives our company's success.
Requirements
- Must be an active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
- Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work extended hours, which may be required during certain busy seasons.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus.
- Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $45,000 to $60,000 per year.
