What began as a handful of carts in NYC is now 100+ locations with a cult following across New York, DC, Boston, and London, and we're just getting started.
You're the heartbeat of the store: keeping the floor moving, holding the bar high, and making sure the team shows up as the best version of themselves every single shift.
The details are the whole point - the drink that's made exactly right, the customer who leaves happier than they came in, the shift that runs like clockwork.

We're building the team that will define Blank Street in Philadelphia.
Shift Leads at Blank Street don't just run shifts, they set the standard.
Passionate about coffee and/or matcha - you lead by example and share that enthusiasm with your team
Lead the shift with clarity and confidence directing, coaching, and supporting the team while owning the floor
Partner with our Operations and Marketing teams for events and promotions to expand our brand to new customers

2+ years' experience in a customer service leadership position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
18+ years of age
Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
