About the role
- As a Senior Specialist, you will demonstrate strong ownership of assigned projects by actively managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables through completion.
- What Success Looks Like - Digital experience projects are delivered on time, adhering to agreed-upon scope, with accurate tracking and minimal rework. - Stakeholders have visibility into project status, timelines, and dependencies.
- Project documentation and workflows are consistently followed and kept up to date. - Trusted for reliability from cross-functional stakeholders within and outside of the Digital Experience team.
Responsibilities
- and web testing initiatives. Supports Project Managers and Project Director with planning and execution tasks for larger, more complex digital initiatives as needed.
- Manage day-to-day project activities across SEO, UX design and content strategy teams, ensuring work progresses smoothly through defined workflows
- Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and approvals in Workfront to maintain visibility and accountability
- Supports Project Managers and Project Director with planning and execution tasks for larger, more complex digital initiatives as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Requirements
- We primarily work with regional universities, helping them develop and grow their high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in critical areas such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service.
- 3-5 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in digital marketing, web, or creative environments
- Bachelor's Degree
Nice to have
- Experience using project management tools to track work and communicate status (Workfront preferred)
