About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with underwriting models, credit analyses, and investment memorandums to support financing recommendations
  • Support the evaluation and structuring of real estate lending opportunities across multiple asset types
  • Conduct market research and supply-demand analysis to support investment and credit decisions
  • Maintain organized loan files, track transaction milestones, and ensure accuracy of documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
  • You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, commercial real estate, lending, underwriting, or related analytical roles preferred
  • Experience with loan underwriting, credit analysis, or real estate financial analysis is a plus

Compensation

  • Salary for this role is $80,000-95,000 annually plus eligibility for a 15% bonus.
