About the role

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative, execution-focused environment.

Assist with underwriting models, credit analyses, and investment memorandums to support financing recommendations
Support the evaluation and structuring of real estate lending opportunities across multiple asset types
Conduct market research and supply-demand analysis to support investment and credit decisions
Maintain organized loan files, track transaction milestones, and ensure accuracy of documentation and reporting

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

1-2 years of experience in finance, commercial real estate, lending, underwriting, or related analytical roles preferred
Experience with loan underwriting, credit analysis, or real estate financial analysis is a plus

Salary for this role is $80,000-95,000 annually plus eligibility for a 15% bonus.
