Responsibilities

  • Supports the entire project management lifecycle of multiple moderately complex projects from initiation through completion.
  • Carries out project support functions as needed.
  • Creates, tracks, and adjusts project budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
  • Presents compiled research and analytical support to project sponsors and ensures buy-in from internal departments.
  • Develops and maintains relationships between departments and internal stakeholders within the company.

Requirements

  • Up to 10% travel required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University
  • a focus on industrial engineering, finance, business communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience within a business, consulting, or analytical role preferred
  • a focus on engineering, finance, management, information systems and/or business related field preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel, Visio, and preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software, specifically SmartSheet preferred.
  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
