About the role

  • Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape thoughtful, intuitive, and high-quality experiences for the people who use our products every day.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end member experiences across key product surfaces, from early exploration to detailed execution and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and clinicians to shape product direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and improve member outcomes.
  • Contribute to and extend our design system by creating scalable patterns, components, and interaction models.
  • Champion quality, accessibility, and inclusive design across the member experience.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across mobile and/or web platforms.
  • Experience taking work from ambiguous problem definition through execution and iteration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Comfort using research insights, experimentation, and product data to refine the user experience.
  • Experience designing across interconnected systems, multi-step flows, or complex service experiences.
  • Proficiency in prototyping to explore concepts, communicate motion and interaction, and de-risk ideas.
  • The San Francisco office is also dog-friendly.
