Responsibilities
- Ensures lubricants are compatible with the machine, process fluids in work environment and performs common lubrication tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs lube and fuel filtration as needed.
- Works alongside Reliability Technician III to perform advanced installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Building and dismantling pipe flanges, gaskets, and hoses.
- Continuously collaborates with and learns from fellow Reliability team members to develop skills in installation, fabrication, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and following up to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner at all times.
- Perform consistent quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Work under pressure and be able to effectively manage stress as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency using virtual collaboration software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Monday Board).
- Meet required attendance and punctuality standards established for the position.
- Some overnight travel is required.
Nice to have
- Background in petroleum or relevant industry.
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- MLA, MLT preferred (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Unencumbered driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations (note if Required or Preferred): MLA, MLT preferred (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred.
Skills

- Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge of or interest in lubrication science, and applications.
- Agile, flexible, and resilient.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to resolve customer issues and concerns independently when appropriate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be highly organized.
- Able to assess competing demands and determine the appropriate direction.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Safety Sensitive Position: This position has been designated as a Safety Sensitive Position.
- The results of this testing will be a condition of employment.
- Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
