Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of MES design specifications, architectures, and related industry standards.
- Experience working with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop-floor systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical MES solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with leading MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, Apriso, or similar).
- Knowledge of system integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle), PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with validation practices, change management, and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting multi-site or global MES deployments.

Compensation
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100K-$120K, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
