About the role

- Yield Optimization: Maximize inventory utilization and fill rates across direct, network, and programmatic sales channels.
- Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and police pricing strategies across host reads and video across podcast shows, networks, programmatic channels, and Tubi/ Fox streaming extensions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and listener/viewer behavior to drive data-backed pricing pivots.
- Track pricing performance metrics and deliver clear optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure unified inventory tracking and monetization efforts.
- Build and test complex forecasting models to simulate monetization scenarios and mitigate risk.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal partners across Fox Corporation and Tubi Media Group.
- Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content - through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond.
- We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Compensation
- Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-125,000.00 annually.
