Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.

Nice to have

  • Host/Hostess can earn $30+ per hour, hourly rate plus tips
  • Essential Job Duties
  • Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
  • Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming areas and restrooms.
  • Restock service stations and restrooms.
  • Assist the F&B staff as needed.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
