About the role
- As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care, working with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health's high standards for patient assessment, care delivery, and transfer.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Charge RNs manage shift assignments, admissions, and staffing.
- You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure the best outcomes.

Requirements
- For certain roles, a BSN is required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
- Additional clinical experience may be required, depending on the department.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.

- We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.
Nice to have
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred.
- Acute care experience required
- strong telemetry skills, cardiac and stroke experience preferred Skills & Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

- Pay Range USD $54.37 - USD $81.21 /Hr.
