About the role
- The role combines hands-on product management with a social analytics background and a forward-leaning view of data access, shaping raw data into the right database structure and delivering it through MCP and APIs to customers and AI-driven applications.
- The benchmarking dataset is social-first today and will expand to broadcast and streaming, so the role works closely with data engineering on the ETL pipelines that ingest, normalize, and grow it.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap for Zoomph's benchmarking solution, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
- Drive features from concept through launch, partnering with engineering and design to deliver on schedule and to spec.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, customer success, leagues, teams, and brand partners to inform priorities.

- Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or media technology.
- Social analytics or social-first background, with a strong understanding of social data and metrics.
- Comfort working with ETL pipelines and growing, multi-source datasets.
- Experience writing requirements, user stories, and managing a product backlog.
- Familiarity with sports, media, sponsorship, or benchmarking data is strongly preferred.
