NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - NIGHT SHIFT OVERVIEW Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - Night Shift Location: Wheeling, IL Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating (2 on, 2 off, 3 on one week; 2 off, 2 on, 3 off next week).
This position plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges and contributing to overall plant reliability and uptime.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanic or technician in a manufacturing or distribution environment required.
Candidates must be able to discuss their experience in detail and demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge gained in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or distribution environment.

Starting at $40.89/hour + Shift Differentials + Overtime Opportunities Equates to an annual compensation range of $90,000 - $100,000.
Employment: Full-Time W2, Direct Hire Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanic or technician in a manufacturing or distribution environment required.
