About the role
- Initially, this role will focus primarily on project management, talent programs, workforce analytics, and execution of key People Team priorities.
- Act as a "Cultural Ambassador" for the firm, ensuring that our values are reflected in our policies, programs, and business

Responsibilities
- Support the People Team in driving strategic priorities, special projects, and operational efficiency
- Provide critical project management support to People Team colleagues across ongoing talent and business partner programs and deliverables
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of various talent management processes & programs including talent development, employee engagement, inclusive leadership practices, performance management, leadership pipeline and development
- Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization and provide thoughtful support on people-related topics
- Support workforce reporting, talent analytics and employee engagement insights to inform decision-making
- Our People Team advises on, designs, and implements the strategies, systems and processes that attract, develop, recognize, and reward the people of Jordan Park.
- Over time, the role is expected to evolve into broader business partner and organizational support responsibilities as the individual develops within the firm.
- Have 2+ years of HR experience; business partner/generalist experience preferred
- Enjoy improving processes, building scalable programs, and contributing to the continued evolution of the organization
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree
- Have meticulous organizational skills and an ability to switch gears and focus on what is a priority

- Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks.
- We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
- The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, CA will range from $80,000 - $100,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
