You speak the language of engineers and designers, yet you don't rely too heavily on them to devise and evaluate solutions.
Async or IRL, you style-flex to meet your audience where they're at, distill complexity to simplicity, and have an "owner's mentality."

Experience developing B2B/SaaS products using modern collaboration tools
You will lead product initiatives that make military staffs superhuman and bring people home safely.
You will work across our squads, rotating fluidly across domains, using a product perspective to create a seamless user experience.

You are collaborative, work iteratively, and are scrappy and solutions-oriented
You have an understanding of or interest in the military and defense tech space
You are a U.S. citizen
You have a comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technologies and best practices, and are forever experimenting with what's "next"
You have an "owner's mentality" and are comfortable sharing your ideas and perspective with the C-suite, and you take accountability when they reflect in the real-world
