- Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Product Development Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Project Management functions across the business.

Responsibilities
- Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand & supply planning, procurement, sourcing, contract manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strong execution.
- Maintain operational reporting and visibility into supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop team members across Project Management, Product Development, and Supply Chain.
- Support team development, prioritization, and cross-functional communication across the organization.
- Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management Manage and strengthen relationships with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers.
- Lead vendor negotiations, cost savings initiatives, and supplier performance management programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to support sourcing strategy, product innovation, and margin improvement opportunities.
- Manage and continue improving existing innovation stage-gate and project management workflows.
- Guide Product Development and Project Management direct reports to support innovation sourcing, packaging development, commercialization, and product lifecycle management.
