Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial transactions and strategic initiatives, providing clear and practical legal guidance
- Manage and continuously improve contract lifecycle processes, including identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through CLM tools (Ironclad) and AI-enabled solutions
- Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, policies, and scalable legal processes
- Advise on data privacy and security matters, primarily in connection with data processing agreements and related contractual terms, and support broader privacy compliance initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience, with both law firm and in-house experience
- Ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad) or a willingness to learn, and an interest in process improvement
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance
- The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Experience supporting product or technology teams on legal guidance related to product development or launches
- Experience with consumer platforms or marketplace business models
- Experience advising on privacy compliance
- Familiarity with sweepstakes, promotions, or marketing-related legal requirements
