Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial transactions and strategic initiatives, providing clear and practical legal guidance
Manage and continuously improve contract lifecycle processes, including identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through CLM tools (Ironclad) and AI-enabled solutions
Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, policies, and scalable legal processes
Advise on data privacy and security matters, primarily in connection with data processing agreements and related contractual terms, and support broader privacy compliance initiatives
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities

6+ years of relevant legal experience, with both law firm and in-house experience
Ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with minimal oversight
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad) or a willingness to learn, and an interest in process improvement
Working knowledge of data privacy and security concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance
The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience supporting product or technology teams on legal guidance related to product development or launches
Experience with consumer platforms or marketplace business models
Experience advising on privacy compliance
Familiarity with sweepstakes, promotions, or marketing-related legal requirements
