Responsibilities

  • You'll own the roadmap for revenue-generating features and user acquisition initiatives - working at the intersection of Product Management, Ad Sales, and Marketing to maximize yield, grow our addressable audience, and build the in-app experiences that make both possible.
  • You're fluent in the language of Ad Sales and Marketing, capable of translating stakeholder goals into product requirements that Engineering can deliver, and users will embrace.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing ad product requirements, acquisition campaign needs, platform capabilities, and delivery timelines to ensure the team always works on the highest-revenue-impact features.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog with minimal carryover.
  • Partner with Marketing to design and interpret A/B tests on acquisition flows, registration prompts, and conversion funnels.
  • Work directly with Ad Sales and Marketing leadership to drive revenue outcomes that matter to the business.

Skills

  • MS 365 Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Deep knowledge and proficiency with the following:
  • Atlassian products: Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence
  • UX/UI tools: Figma
  • Analytics: Amplitude or equivalent
  • Experimentation: LaunchDarkly or equivalent

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $140,000 USD
