Build/augment financial reporting/forecasting/budget models
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
Work proactively to guide business partners and shift them to a "Profit Mindset"
Other duties consistent with being a Finance Support Person

4 Year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent
3-4 Years experience in a Financial role, with demonstrated advancement in duties and/or responsibilities
Ability to "see the big picture" to find synergies between workstreams
MBA or other relevant advance degree
5-7 Years experience in a Finance position, with demonstrated advancement in duties and/or responsibilities
Prior Mortgage Banking experience in Sales, Operations, or other Supporting role

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Critical Care, Hospitalization, HSA, FSA, DCFSA and QTE
