Responsibilities
- Build/augment financial reporting/forecasting/budget models
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
- Work proactively to guide business partners and shift them to a "Profit Mindset"
- Other duties consistent with being a Finance Support Person
Requirements
- 4 Year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent
- 3-4 Years experience in a Financial role, with demonstrated advancement in duties and/or responsibilities
- Ability to "see the big picture" to find synergies between workstreams
- MBA or other relevant advance degree
- 5-7 Years experience in a Finance position, with demonstrated advancement in duties and/or responsibilities
- Prior Mortgage Banking experience in Sales, Operations, or other Supporting role
