Responsibilities

  • Part Production Scheduling: Develop and own end-to-end tactical part production plans, from order through wafer fabrication.
  • Demand & Supply Alignment: Partner with Capacity Planning to a lign with Sales, Business Development and to approve operations plans to ensure part demand is in balance with the fab supply capacity.
  • Report and identify gaps in performance to plan on Cycle Time and lead cross functional teams to address part cycle time gaps.
  • Customer Service: Lead customer support reps that manage customer wafer orders, photo mask orders, new part setups. Set and meet service level agreements and quality of execution for these tasks.
  • Systems Management: Optimize ERP/MRP systems (like SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure data integrity and automated reporting

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or commiserate level of industry experience.

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary range for the position is $125,000-$145,000.
  • The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
  • Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
