About the role

This role acts as a critical bridge between Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure manufacturing assets are utilized efficiently while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.

Part Production Scheduling: Develop and own end-to-end tactical part production plans, from order through wafer fabrication.
Demand & Supply Alignment: Partner with Capacity Planning to a lign with Sales, Business Development and to approve operations plans to ensure part demand is in balance with the fab supply capacity.
Report and identify gaps in performance to plan on Cycle Time and lead cross functional teams to address part cycle time gaps.
Customer Service: Lead customer support reps that manage customer wafer orders, photo mask orders, new part setups. Set and meet service level agreements and quality of execution for these tasks.
Systems Management: Optimize ERP/MRP systems (like SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure data integrity and automated reporting

The estimated base salary range for the position is $125,000-$145,000.

Education: A Bachelor's degree or commiserate level of industry experience.
