About the role
- The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.

Responsibilities
- Accommodations Business Partner.
- Create and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records.
- Maintain a full caseload of approximately 80 cases, that may fluctuate during periods of high volume.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people and effectively partner and work with all levels including team members, vendors, HR and leaders.
- Detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent follow up in a fast-paced environment.

- This individual will answer general questions related to the accommodations process, understand each unique team member's situation, respond to changing circumstances and needs and pave the way for a connected and trusted team member experience.
- As an Accommodations Business Partner, you will be the primary contact working directly with team members (incl. candidates), local HR, and leaders in providing workplace accommodations, including assessment of the accommodation request, SME in determining reasonable accommodations available to meet the needs of the team member, coordination of implementation and monitoring of the accommodation over time to ensure it continues to meet the needs of team members.
- The individual in this role must possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to develop creative and innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to translate business needs and goals into reasonable accommodations that will produce favorable results for Target team members and meet business needs.
