Responsibilities
- GSI is the premier geohazard mitigation firm specializing in emergency slope stabilization, landslide repair, grouting, and micropiles through innovative design-build delivery.
- As Senior Project Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value, high-complexity geohazard mitigation programs from the front, setting the strategic tempo for the teams and clients who depend on your judgment.
- This is a role built for someone who has already outgrown "managing" and is ready to lead.
Requirements
- A track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary, or strategic construction projects.
- 8+ years is the floor, not the qualifier that matters most.
Nice to have
- PMP required (PMP a strong signal of strategic range)
- a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, master's preferred.
Skills
- A data-driven, analytical approach to decisions, paired with the communication skill to bring others along.
Compensation
- US pay range for this role.
- $105,000 - $130,000 USD
