About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Intern to support our North America Digital & AI team in building practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
You will work with business users and IT teams to develop AI agents that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making.
This is a hands-on role where you will learn by building and improving real-world AI solutions.

Assist in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Design and improve simple conversation flows and responses
Support building workflows using Power Automate
Test agents and document how they work
Quote Assistant Agent - Support sales teams in preparing faster, more accurate customer quotes
