About the role
- As a Strategic Insights Business Development Associate, you will support the firm's business development efforts by identifying strategic opportunities for the firm, performing deep analysis of industry trends and target companies, leading the creation of materials used to win new business, and helping to build relationships with the leading FinTech companies around the world.
Responsibilities
- Leverage in-depth research and analysis of FinTech, blockchain and crypto sectors to drive deal sourcing and procurement
- Lead analysts in developing client targeting strategies, analyzing prospective companies and advancing the pipeline
- Collaborate with senior bankers across the firm to develop presentations and other materials to win new business
- Manage the maintenance and enhancement of internal databases for market intelligence, transaction activity, and target clients

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency is required
Nice to have
- advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
Compensation
- $130,000- $150,000
