About the role
- Oversee the status of all in-house MRB (Material Review Board) materials.
- Ensure conforming product is repackaged and restocked.
- Ensure nonconforming factored products are returned to vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the in-house quality technicians, including training and issue prioritization
- Perform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections of components and finished assemblies.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or products.
- Support incoming inspection, in-process audits, and final product inspections.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Basic computer skills and experience with quality documentation systems.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Customer Service, Production, Fulfillment, Logistics, and MRB processes.
- Familiarity with SAP.
