About the role
- Responsible for performing the contracted office services including, but not limited to: Mail services.
- The Site Leader is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance for sites with no Site Manager assigned.
- Additionally, the Site Leader is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service.
