About the role
- The Office of Educational Affairs (OEA) facilitates and coordinates the MD educational program, including all aspects of curricular development and implementation as well as evaluation and assessment.
- Clinical education occurs in every year of the medical education program
- those occurring in the pre-clerkship phase of the curriculum are considered Clinical Programs within the OEA.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support and coordinates office operations:
- Orders and maintains office supplies, works with vendors and staff to maintain equipment
- The Staff Assistant performs diverse duties to meet the programmatic goals of the OEA and serves as a source of information and problem-solving for students, faculty, staff, and other constituents.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience typically acquired by:
- High School Diploma and 2-4 years of administrative experience or
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including word processing, editing, graphics, spreadsheet, and database knowledge.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience
- Minimum $23.00, Midpoint $27.35, Maximum $31.70
