About the role
- Our Warehouse Operations team is the heartbeat of our fulfillment process, expertly managing everything from inbound shipments to outbound deliveries, including returns, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Their precision and dedication ensure every customer receives the perfect fit, on time, so they can feel confident and look their best for life's most memorable moments.
Responsibilities
- Support the training of new and existing associates in functions
- Maintains a clean and 5S'd condition of the work area
- Notify the lead or manager about quality and/or safety issues
- Follow the standard operating procedures and notify a lead or manager in case of any challenges performing the function as prescribed in SOP
- Maintain work pace at an assigned throughput (TPH) rate while maintaining the highest level of quality
- Notify the lead of the shortage of supplies and/or submit tickets accordingly

- We design and manufacture modern formal wear with an incredible fit by sourcing natural fabrics like merino wool, breathable linen and cotton, plush velvet, and luxurious silk from the finest textile mills.

- The Black Tux is seeking a Warehouse Ambassador to support Operations at our Pittston, PA warehouse.
