About the role

- Reports To The Culinary Services Director will report to the Executive Director.
- The Culinary Services Director is an exempt, salaried position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all HACCP protocols are adhered to and document to ensure safe food handling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in culinary arts, hospitality, nutrition, or business
- ServSafe certification required
- Must have training and experience in cost control, food management, and diet therapy
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
Compensation
- $80,000 Yearly
